This positions main responsibility is to target individuals to participate in client-driven focus groups, studies, etc. There are absolutely no sales involved. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in customer service (call center preferred) or client driven operations is a plus.
Managing Director- (Atlanta Branch) - 11/4/2009

The Managing Director is responsible for overall quality and profitability of marketing research data collection in the branch office. Direct all sales, financial and people management efforts in the branch in keeping with company policies and procedures. Maintain a trained and motivated staff to assure the quality service guaranteed to our clients. The above will be accomplished while meeting the branchs operating budget and promoting teamwork.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years experience in supervising projects and people (mid career)
Background in managing data collection operations preferred
Proven office and people management skills

Position Background
This position will require intermediate programming skills of SQL Server based platforms
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science
SQL Server Database Programming
• Develop complex queries and stored procedures
• Develop programs to export data from SQL Server databases into a variety of file types and formats
Traditional and Browser Based Interface Development
• Design, develop, and deploy traditional user interfaces using MS Access, Visual C++, and/or .NET development environments
• Design, develop, and deploy ASP Classic and .NET browser based user interfaces using a SQL Server foundation
MS Office
• Thorough understanding of Excel
Great communication skills are a must and include, understanding, and translating business requirements and business rules into:
• Traditional and browser based user interfaces to collect, manipulate, and display data
• Develop reports and data exports from collected data that will be used for multi-dimensional analysis and management feedback using a variety of report generation tools.
Additional Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience in the market research field, survey programming, logic, quotas and termination, and / or experience in general programming logic. The candidate must also demonstrate the ability to work in team environment and work with other departments.
