Managing Director- (St. Louis Branch) - 01/05/2012

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communicate with current and former clients to promote all Delve facilities. Work with clients to assure their project will be done according to their specifications. Work with clients to assure we will deliver a quality project on time.

Interpret the specifications promptly and bid all projects accordingly. Be competitive in the marketplace in order to encourage sales, and at the same time maintain a profit as budgeted.

Work with VP, Sales and management to promote intra-company and Delve sales.

Responsible for yearly budget with primary emphasis on operating earnings, sales and gross profit. Prepare invoice request documents and providing the same to the Financial Group. Review monthly financial statements. Oversee other financial matters on a daily basis to include petty cash, working fund checks, purchasing, client advances and credits.

Oversee the recruiting, hiring, training and developing of employees.
Conduct employee evaluations and review salary adjustments with emphasis on those employees who contribute the most.

Manage and execute motivation programs in order to maintain positive morale, teamwork and retention of employees.
Communicate with the Regional Vice President for his/her guidance regarding office progress, problems or opportunities.
Ensure that Delve data collection practices adhere to the guidelines of Delve and the Marketing Research Association. Emphasize adherence to corporate guidelines and business ethics. Clearly communicate our company’s strategic goals and priorities to employees. Assure that staff members at all levels share the company’s commitment to excellence. Other Duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years experience in supervising projects and people (mid career)
Background in managing data collection operations preferred
Proven office and people management skills

Assistant Managing Director - 01/05/2012

This position is responsible for assisting the Branch Manager with the day-to-day operation of the office, as well as assuming responsibility for branch performance in the absence of the Branch Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage assigned projects including, but not limited to:
• Review and revise study materials for clarity and understanding
• Purchase/acquire needed supplies
• Conduct study briefing
• Maintain quota control sheets daily
• Prepare master tally daily
• Establish production schedule
• Monitor and manage study production to meet established deadlines
• Communicate project status to client daily or according to established schedule
• Staff job with appropriately skilled interviewers
• Monitor interviewer quality
• Validate work according to guidelines established
• Prepare and deliver necessary client reports and materials
• Monitor and manage job costs in accordance with project budget
• Maintain master project file
• Prepare job folders for billing
• Motivate staff to deliver quality and on-time production
• Additional duties as assigned

Manage all client focus groups, including communication, scheduling of personnel, equipment and food, and supervisor briefing in accordance with standard operating procedures to ensure the highest quality.

Bid all projects in accordance with established pricing guide and communicate all cost information to client.

Provide proper handling of petty cash and working fund checks.

Conduct interviewing training sessions to teach standard procedures and policies.

Understand, implement and ensure project execution in accordance with Delve’s Quality Management System Standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High school degree or equivalent required
Bachelor#sq#s degree preferred
2+ years experience in supervising projects and people
3+ years business or marketing research experience
Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office products
Proven office and people management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Part-Time Telephone Recruiter - 01/05/2012
  St. Louis, Missouri

      We are seeking temporary part time telephone recruiters for our Westport call center. This position’s main responsibility is to interview individuals to participate in research studies. There is absolutely no sales involved. Must have strong computer skills and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. High school degree or equivalent required. Experience in customer service (call center preferred) or client driven operations is a plus.  Must be able to work at least 4 shifts per week including one weekend shift.
