Job Description: Qualitative Assistant

Summary of Functions:
This position has various roles including but not limited to telephonic recruitment of target individuals to participate in client-driven research studies such as; focus groups, taste test, product placements, etc.

You will also be assisting with the execution of various research methodologies such as, taste tests, central location tests, product placements, research audits, hosting, and respondent interviewing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Follow exact instructions for each project in order to have successful recruitment of respondents.
  2. Adhere to all company policy and procedures.
  3. Read questions verbatim, from computer screen or paper versions and record answers verbatim.
  4. Support sales growth through the management of accurate and timely project completion.
  5. Update and maintain database records.
  6. Represent Delve with industry defining customer service.
  7. Prioritize needs and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  8. Identify and work toward resolution of any project issues.
  9. Assist in the training of new staff.
  10. Other duties as assigned.

Organizational Relationships:
Reports to Supervisor and/or the Assistant Manager and/or Managing Director.
