Job Description: Recruiter – Recruiting Centers
Summary of Functions:
Telephonic and electronic recruitment of target individuals to participate in client-driven research studies as; focus groups, taste test, product placements, etc.
(Part-time: regularly scheduled shifts that may be adjusted with short notice)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow exact instructions for each project in order to have successful recruitment of respondents.
- Adhere to all company policy and procedures.
- Read questions verbatim, from computer screen or paper version and record answers verbatim.
- Support sales growth through the management of accurate and timely project completion.
- Update and maintain database records.
- Represent Delve with industry defining customer service.
- Prioritize needs and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
- Identify and work toward resolution of any project issues.
- Assist in the training of new recruiters.
- Other duties as assigned.
Organizational Relationships:
Reports to Supervisor-Recruiting Center; may receive direction from the Assistant Manager and/or Recruiting Center Manager.
