IVR (Interactive Voice Response)

IVR is a totally automated telephone interviewing system that uses interactive voice response technology to conduct telephone surveys.  Respondents participate at their convenience by calling a toll-free number which is answered by a friendly, recorded voice that conducts the interview.  Our system also captures their open-ended comments and suggestions along with the survey data itself.  IVR provides many value-added features, including capacity for hundreds of simultaneous callers and the ability to include personalized messages.  It even provides a listening feature that digitally records open-ends so you can actually hear the respondent’s voice.  Data is captured around the clock and the questionnaire can be programmed in multiple languages.
