My role with Delve is building relationships with current and potential clients. My goal is to solve our clients’ complex business problems using a multidisciplinary design approach.

My greatest passion is helping others solve problems. At Delve, this is done by partnering with multiple disciplines to develop solutions our clients can be proud of.


When I am not working, you can find me spending time with my 4-year-old daughter singing, dancing and exploring.

First memory of design thinking

In fifth grade, my class was split into small groups and given a variety of materials to create a marble run that was a) fastest, b) launched the marble farthest or c) was most visually intriguing. I was tasked with managing the team by assigning roles, overseeing design and construction, tracking our success and motivating the group. My takeaway from this project was how effective a project can be when creativity and logistics are combined. A collaborative team is key.
