Delve is proud to announce the installation of a <a href="https://milkmate.com/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">MilkMate</a> lactation room—an innovative solution designed with nursing mothers’ needs in mind. 
<a href="http://www.milkmate.com/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">MilkMate</a>, a pioneer in workplace lactation solutions, partnered with Delve to conduct the <a href="https://www.delve.com/services/strategy/design-insights" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">user research</a> that informed the design and functionality of its lactation rooms. The partnership has now come full circle, bringing this valuable resource into Delve’s workplace to support Delve team members. “Nursing mothers face unique challenges in the workplace,” said Beth Segall, Director of People at Delve. “It’s so gratifying to be able to offer our employees and visitors a solution we know will address their needs.”

Christened the “Wellness Suite” by Delve’s Philadelphia team, the MilkMate lactation room was purpose-built for workplace environments and includes:

With everything she needs conveniently onsite, a nursing mother at Delve’s Philadelphia studio can now pump without bringing any equipment to work. She can walk into the lactation room with nothing and walk out of the room with nothing. Then, at the end of the workday, all she needs to do is pick up her breastmilk before heading home.
