Delve's Miranda Degg to co-host 2022 Women in Design Deep Dive

Delve industrial designer Miranda Degg will co-host the Industrial Designers Society of America Women in Design Deep Dive from March 31–April 1.

The Women in Design Deep Dive showcases the very best female-identified and non-binary designers in the industrial design industry. This year's event, virtual and in-person in Columbus, Ohio, will celebrate inspiring leaders who have forged their own paths in a male-dominated industry.

"I am so excited to co-host the Women in Design Deep Dive and give a platform to these talented, intelligent, and successful women," Degg said. "Everybody who is in industrial design or who works with designers will find something to be inspired by."

Degg has been an industrial designer at Delve since 2019. Her project experience spans from exhibitions to apparel to medical design.

Her goal as a designer and design advocate is to challenge what design means to companies and to people.

She is an advocate for life-centered design, pushing beyond the human element to consider all impacts a product has on people, society, and the planet.

Degg is an active contributor to the greater design industry. She collaborates with Women in Design Chicago and Advanced Design, and has hosted events for industry groups like IDSA in the past.

Degg is co-hosting this year's Women in Design Deep Dive with Caterina Rizzoni of Kaleidoscope Innovation.
