Operation Butter: New Madison office update

Operation Butter, the project to transition our Madison office from Buttonwood Drive to 1000 East Washington Avenue, continues at a steady pace.

Why Operation Butter? Well, our building will occupy the space where Madison Dairy once lived. Our project team recently visited the deserted building for inspiration. It was largely empty and more than a little creepy after a decade of abandonment. It will soon be history as demolition begins this spring.

The Operation Butter team has been touring a variety of office environments around Madison, gathering best practices and ideas for the space. Thanks to all of the businesses who have opened their doors to us.

The project, which is being built by Stone House Development, Inc., recently received approval by the City of Madison and construction is expected to begin this summer. We continue to work with Epstein Uhen Architects to design an interior space with elements of “wow” for our clients and creative inspiration for our staff.

We expect to move in during the summer of 2017, just in time for prime grilling season.
